Experiential Breakthrough Session
“For over twenty years, I have been creating a pattern of using alcohol to relax and cope with stress. Eventually, my use of alcohol increased as did my dependency on it.
Around 2002 I delved further into many fields of studying human behavior and healing. After learning and researching a form of therapy I then worked with some of the best in their fields. I only found one session over all those years that helped me with my dependency on alcohol for sixty days. However, I had a relapse. I worked with this therapist again but to no avail. Since 2010 my dependency grew. However, I didn’t stop looking for a way to help eliminate my dependency.
Then I watched an interview with Dr. Yvonne Oswald on Gaia TV discussing her book and the techniques she has developed like “Mind Magic.” Brilliant. I ordered her products and was truly excited about her book since I too knew how powerful words are to our health and well-being since my introduction to Louise Hay 26 years ago. Louise Hay’s work helped me turn my health issues around.
As for Dr. Yvonne’s book Every Word has Power takes this further on how we can switch our words into high-energy words. Along with many exercises, suggestions and practices that are offered in her book there are scripts to record for your own use.
I also ordered her 21 day kit to change your life with Every Word has Power and found Dr Yvonne’s audio CD’s are some of the best I have ever heard.
After reading her book and listening to her audios, I decided to reach out to her for a session. Dr. Yvonne’s confidence and success with patients was inspirational to me from her interview with Lisa Garr on Gaia TV.
With just one session, I am pleased to say I am free of the use of alcohol. Words don't describe the freedom I feel to be done with this habit and dependency on alcohol to cope with life or using alcohol to check out at the end of the day. Instead of looping and repeating this same habit and regretting this choice the next morning, time after time, year after year, I now am free. As well are some deep hidden issues since infancy of not wanting to stay here on our planet. I now feel more connected and safe to be here, enabling me to move on to do the work I came here to do. It is a journey and the tools she gave me will continue for me to be present in my life and truly cherish my journey. For me it also comforting to know Dr. Yvonne is available for me in the future for assistance in other areas of my life.
